How do I book my Proposal, elopement or picnic in Madeira?
Simply fill out the contact form with a few details about what your are planing. I’ll get back to you to discuss your ideas, confirm availability, and help you choose the perfect setup and the best location in Madeira for your proposal.
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking as early as possible, or right after your confirmed flights / accommodation. This helps secure your preferred date and allows enough time to plan every detail.
Do I need professional photography?
A proposal or elopement is a once in a lifetime moment and having professional photography and video, lets you relive those memories forever. Especially the drone feature captures Madeira’s stunning scenery like nothing else - cliffs, ocean and landscapes in breathtaking detail!
To keep everything seamless, Photography and videography should always be arranged through me, with trusted professionals who know the setup, timing and locations so you can enjoy the moment stress free.
Will you be there on the day?
Yes. I personally set up your experience so everything is ready for your arrival.
You will walk up to the set up and only after the surprise moment, I come to introduce myself.
Planning a surprise proposal in a place you don’t know can feel overwhelming. I’ll guide you through every step so the moment unfolds naturally and the surprise stays intact.
How does payment work?
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the event.
If your plans change, I’ll always do my best to accommodate a new date depending on availability.
Cancellations up to 72 hours before the event receive a refund minus 50% retainer; cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable
Full payment details will be shared during the booking process.
What if the weather changes?
Madeiras weather can change quickly, so I always keep an eye on the weather forecast. If needed, we can adjust the the location, timing or date.
